How to Access CSV Enrichment

1. In the left sidebar, under Enrich, click CSV Enrichment or visit https://app.prospeo.io/csv-enrichment
2. Click Enrich a CSV (top right).

3. Choose your enrichment type.

Three Enrichment Types

1. Enrich People

Enrich individual contacts with up to 43+ data points including verified email, mobile number, job history, and company information.

Your file must contain at least one of the following:

• Person's full name + company
• Person's social profile URL
• Person's work email

Steps:

1. Select Enrich People and upload your file.
2. Map the columns in your CSV to the corresponding Prospeo fields.

3. Click Next.
4. Choose which contacts to enrich:

• Contacts with verified email — only contacts where a verified email is found
• Contacts with mobile — only contacts where a mobile number is found
• All contacts — every matched contact

5. Optionally, check Enrich mobile to include mobile numbers.
6. Select the person columns and company fields to include in your export.
7. Review the credit cost breakdown, then click Enrich contacts.
8. Once complete, click the Download button next to your enriched file.

2. Get Company Data

Enrich company records with 50+ firmographic data points including industry, employee count, funding, revenue, and technology stack.

Your file must contain at least one of the following:

• Company website
• Company name
• Company social page URL

Steps:

1. Select Get Company Data and upload your file.

2. Map the columns in your CSV to the corresponding Prospeo fields.

3. Click Next.
4. Select the company fields to include in your export (40+ data points available).

5. Review your matched records and credit cost, then click Enrich companies.
6. Once complete, click the Download button next to your enriched file.

3. Find Leads from Companies

Upload a list of companies and find employees within those companies. Your uploaded companies are pre-loaded as a filter in People Search, where you can narrow results using 30+ filters before exporting.

Your file must contain at least one of the following:

• Company website
• Company name
• Company social page URL

Steps:

1. Select Find Leads from Companies and upload your file.

2. Click Next. You'll be taken to People Search with your uploaded companies pre-loaded under the Company filter.

3. Apply additional filters (job title, seniority, department, etc.) to narrow results to your ideal prospects (see How to Search for People for a full guide on using filters to build a lead list).
4. Select the contacts you want, reveal contact details, then Export to CSV or Push to your CRM (see How to Export People Search Results to a CSV).

Credit Usage

Enriching the same record twice in the same billing cycle costs nothing the second time.

FAQs

What file formats are supported?

Supported file formats for enrichment are .csv, .xlsx, .xls, and .txt. Maximum 20,000 lines, 50MB, and 200 columns.

How does column mapping work?

After uploading, Prospeo asks you to match each column in your file to a Prospeo field (e.g., "First name," "Company website"). Prospeo auto-detects common column names. You can adjust any mapping using the dropdown.

Can I use CSV enrichment on a Free plan?

No, CSV enrichment is available on paid plans only. You must upgrade to at least a Starter plan to use this feature. See all our plans and features here.

What happens if Prospeo can't match a record?

Unmatched records are skipped and you are not charged credits for them. After enrichment, you'll see a breakdown of matched vs. not matched records.

Am I charged if I enrich the same record twice?

No. If you enrich the same lead or company twice within the same billing cycle, no additional credits are charged.

Which enrichment type should I use?

• You have a list of people and want their contact details (names, emails, LinkedIn URLs) → Enrich People
• You have a list of companies and want company data → Get Company Data
• You have a list of companies and want to find employees → Find Leads from Companies
