How to Assign Team Permissions
Control what each team member can access by assigning or updating their permissions.
Steps
- Go to your Team management settings at https://app.prospeo.io/team. You can also find this by clicking your profile icon (top right) → Team Management.
- Under Team members, check or uncheck the permission boxes next to each team member.

- Permissions are updated instantly. You will see a confirmation popup "Permissions were updated successfully".
Permission Types
⦁ CRM management – Access to CRM integration features, including viewing, editing, and syncing customer data.
⦁ Billing management – Access invoices, receipts, update payment methods, and manage your plan (upgrade/downgrade, add/remove seats and add-ons).
⦁ Team member management – Ability to invite or remove team members and modify their permissions.
Viewing Permission History
All permission changes are logged. Scroll down to System Logs on the Team Management page to view a history of permission updates and team member invitations. 
FAQs
Do permission changes take effect immediately?
Yes. Permissions are updated instantly as soon as you check or uncheck a box.
Who can assign permissions?
The team admin and any member with the Team member management permission can assign permissions to other team members.
Can I give a team member the same access as an admin?
Assigning all three permissions to a team member gives similar capabilities to the admin. However, the team admin retains the highest level of control — the admin can revoke permissions from any member, but a member with the Team member management permission cannot revoke permissions from the admin.
Can I transfer the team admin role to another user?
No. The admin cannot be changed on an existing account. You can either create a new subscription under the new admin's email and invite your team from there, or assign all three permissions to a team member to give them similar access. Note: the team admin still retains the highest level of control.
Can I see who changed a team member’s permissions?
Yes. The System Logs section on the Team Management page records all permission changes with dates.
