I want to cancel my plan or consult my invoices
Here’s how you can cancel your plan or consult your invoices directly within your account.
Cancelling Your Plan:
Cancel your plan at any time by:
- Logging in and navigating to the 'Plan' tab under "Account."
- Cancel Plan: Find the option to cancel your subscription in the "Plan" section. Clicking schedules the cancellation for the end of the current billing cycle.
- Revert Cancellation: Change your mind? Click on the scheduled cancellation to keep your plan active for the next billing cycle.
Consulting and Managing Invoices:
Access and manage your invoices in the "Plan" section:
- Click "Account" then "Plan" to see your invoices.
- Invoice Management: Review and, if needed, modify information on an invoice before downloading it.
Please note: If you're a team member, invoices are only accessible through the administrator account.
