Prospeo offers four plans to fit different team sizes and use cases. Each plan includes access to Prospeo's B2B database, Chrome extension, and core search features — with higher plans unlocking advanced filters, integrations, and increased API limits.

Prospeo has four plans: **Free**, **Starter**, **Growth**, and **Pro**. All paid plans are priced per user and are available in monthly or yearly billing cycles. Yearly billing offers a higher discount compared to monthly billing.

API rate limits vary by plan and by endpoint type.

### Billing Options
Prospeo offers **monthly** and **yearly** billing. Yearly plans offer a higher discount and credits are granted upfront for the full year.

All billing is at the team level. All plan credits and purchased add-ons are shared across the entire team.

### Credit Add-Ons
If you need more credits beyond your plan allocation, you can purchase a credit add-on. Add-ons are shared across your team and are available on any paid plan. You **cannot purchase add-ons on a Free plan.**

### FAQs
###### **What are credits?**
Credits are the currency used to reveal contact data in Prospeo. Each time you export, reveal, or enrich a lead's email or mobile number, credits are consumed.

###### **Do credits roll over?**
No. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and your balance resets. Credits do not carry over.

###### **What currency are Prospeo plans listed in**?
All Prospeo plans are billed in US Dollars (USD). If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank will automatically convert the charge at the current exchange rate. Prospeo does not control conversion rates or any fees your bank may apply.

###### **What happens if I run out of credits?**
You won't be able to reveal or export new contacts until your credits reset at your next billing cycle. To get more credits immediately, you can upgrade your plan or purchase a credit add-on. ###### **It's past my billing reset time, why haven't my credits renewed yet?**
Credits don't always renew right at your stated reset time, and it can take up to an hour for your fresh batch of credits to appear. If it's been way longer than that, it might be a bug, so you can reach out to [Prospeo Support.](https://help.prospeo.io/en/article/get-help-with-prospeo-support-6v4sfr/)

###### **What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?**

###### **Can I switch plans at any time?**
