Companies are created as **Organizations** in Pipedrive. ### Requirements * A Prospeo account on the **Growth** or **Pro** plan. * Pipedrive connected to Prospeo. See [How to Connect Prospeo to Pipedrive](https://help.prospeo.io/en/article/how-to-integrate-prospeo-to-pipedrive-1s54zqw/?bust=1786210895123). ### Push Companies from Companies Search 1. In Prospeo, search for the companies you want to push, whether from **Companies Search** at [app.prospeo.io/search/companies](https://app.prospeo.io/search/companies) or from a saved Prospeo companies list. 2. Select your companies by checking the box next to each record. To select all results on the page, check the box at the top of the list. 3. Click **Push to Pipedrive**. In the **Push to Pipedrive** dialog, review the credit cost, then click **Export companies**. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/f/8/3/5/f835425519a84000/2_1f2671e.png =559xauto) || **Credit Usage:** Pushing companies costs **1 credit per company**. Companies you pushed within the last 90 days are exported again for free. 5. A progress bar will appear. To verify and view your companies, go to Pipedrive and click **Contacts**. 2. Select **Organizations**. 3. Your companies will also be displayed under **Contacts timeline**, together with any leads you've pushed. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/f/8/3/5/f835425519a84000/5_16n7pko.png =856xauto) || Note: Pipedrive uses the term **Organizations** for company records. Your Prospeo companies become Pipedrive Organizations, while individual people become Leads or Contacts. From here, you can link people to each organization, create deals against them, or reassign owners. ### Pipedrive Integration Settings for Companies You can control how your companies are pushed to Pipedrive at any time. Go to [app.prospeo.io/integration?name=pipedrive](https://app.prospeo.io/integration?name=pipedrive) and click **View** beside Pipedrive. 1. Under the **Settings** tab, find **Pushing Settings**. The setting that affects companies is **"What should happen when pushing a company that already exists in Pipedrive?"** You can choose to always attempt to merge or overwrite the existing record, or ignore the push and leave the existing record untouched. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/f/8/3/5/f835425519a84000/image-367_1oon6hq.png =762xauto) 2. Under **Field Mapping**, open the **Organization** tab to map Prospeo's company fields to your Pipedrive organization fields. For example, company name maps to **Name**, and website maps to **Website**. Under **Ownership**, assign a Pipedrive owner for each team member so pushed companies are routed to the right rep automatically. Click **Save Ownership** to apply your changes. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/f/8/3/5/f835425519a84000/10-ownership_1o6tim1.png =644xauto) || Note: These settings apply to every push, so it's worth reviewing them before your first export. ### Credit Usage * Pushing companies to Pipedrive costs **1 credit per company successfully pushed**. * Previously pushed companies are **free** to push again within **90 days**. After that, they're treated as a new request and credits will be charged accordingly. * No credits are charged for companies that failed to push. ### Notes * You can also push companies to Pipedrive using the **Browser Extension** and from **Prospeo companies lists**. * Push history and logs are available at [app.prospeo.io/integration?name=pipedrive](https://app.prospeo.io/integration?name=pipedrive) under the **Push Integration History** tab. * The Pipedrive integration is shared across your team. Once connected, all team members can push companies to Pipedrive. --- ### FAQs ###### Why are my companies called "Organizations" in Pipedrive? Organizations is Pipedrive's term for company records. When you push companies from Prospeo, they're created as Organizations in Pipedrive. ###### Can I choose who owns the companies I push? Yes. Under the **Ownership** tab of your Pipedrive integration settings, you can assign a Pipedrive owner for each team member so pushed records land with the right rep automatically. ###### Will pushing overwrite my existing Pipedrive organizations? Only if you choose to. Under the **Settings** tab, you can decide whether an existing company record is merged or overwritten, or whether the push is ignored entirely. ###### Do I get charged again if I push the same company twice? Not if it's within 90 days. Pushing the same company in that window is free. After that, it counts as a new request and credits will be charged accordingly. ###### Can a team member push companies to Pipedrive as well? Yes. The Pipedrive integration is always shared between team members, so once it's connected, all team members can push companies without connecting separately. ###### Why are some of my companies not showing up in Pipedrive? Companies may be skipped due to duplicates already in Pipedrive or a failed push.
