# Pushing Contacts (Leads) to ActiveCampaign

# How to Push Leads to ActiveCampaign
Push leads directly from Prospeo's dashboard into your ActiveCampaign lists.

### Requirements
* A Prospeo account on the **Starter**, **Growth**, or **Pro** plan.
* ActiveCampaign connected to Prospeo. See [How to Connect Prospeo to ActiveCampaign](https://help.prospeo.io/en/article/how-to-integrate-prospeo-to-activecampaign-u7nrx2/?bust=1785096649308).

### Step 1: Create a List in ActiveCampaign
Before pushing leads, make sure you have an ActiveCampaign list ready to push them into. If you don't have one yet, click **Add a list** on the Contacts screen to create one.

### Step 2: Push Leads from People Search or a List
You can push leads from your **People Search** results or from any of your saved **Prospeo lists**. The steps are the same once you've made your selection.
1. Open the leads you want to push, whether from **People Search** at [app.prospeo.io/search/people](https://app.prospeo.io/search/people) or from a saved list at [app.prospeo.io/lists](https://app.prospeo.io/lists).
2. Select your leads by checking the box next to each name. To select all results on the page, check the box at the top of the list.
3. Open the **Push to** dropdown menu in the top action bar.
4. Look for and select **ActiveCampaign**. Make sure it shows the **Connected** tag. If not, see [How to Connect Prospeo to ActiveCampaign](https://help.prospeo.io/en/article/how-to-integrate-prospeo-to-activecampaign-u7nrx2/?bust=1785096649308) first.

5. In the **Push to ActiveCampaign** dialog, select the ActiveCampaign list you want to push your leads to.
6. Review the credit cost summary, then click **Export** to push your leads.

||| **Credit Usage:** Pushing leads triggers email enrichment at **1 credit per verified email** found. Previously enriched leads are free to push again within **90 days**. No credits are charged for leads where no email is found.
7. A progress bar will appear. Once it shows "**Push to ActiveCampaign completed**", your leads are now in ActiveCampaign.

### Verify in ActiveCampaign
1. To verify and view your leads, click the **Contacts** icon on your ActiveCampaign dashboard.
2. Click **Lists**.
3. Select the list you pushed your leads to.

4. Your pushed leads will appear here. From here, you can organize your contacts further with tags, add them to an automation, or start a campaign to begin reaching out.

### Credit Usage
* Pushing leads triggers email enrichment: **1 credit per verified email** found.
* Previously enriched leads are **free** to push again within **90 days**. After that, credits will be charged accordingly.
* No credits are charged for leads where no email is found.

* You can also push leads to ActiveCampaign from the **Browser Extension** and from **Prospeo lists**.
* Push history and error logs are available at https://app.prospeo.io/integration?name=activecampaign
* ActiveCampaign integrations are linked to your account only, it is not shared across the team.

### FAQs

###### Can I push mobile numbers to ActiveCampaign?
No. The ActiveCampaign integration only supports email. Mobile enrichment is not available for this integration.

###### Do I have to select a list?
Yes. Selecting an ActiveCampaign list is required before you can export contacts.

###### Can a team member push leads to ActiveCampaign as well?
Yes, but each team member must connect their own ActiveCampaign API URL and key first. The ActiveCampaign integration is linked to your account only — it is **not shared across the team**. ###### Do I get charged again if I push the same lead twice?
Not if it's within 90 days — pushing the same lead in that window is completely free. After that, it counts as a new request and credits will be charged accordingly.

###### Why are some of my leads not showing up in ActiveCampaign?
Leads may be skipped due to missing email or duplicates already in ActiveCampaign. Go to [https://app.prospeo.io/integration?name=activecampaign](https://app.prospeo.io/integration?name=activecampaign) for the full **Error Logs** of skipped/failed push attempts and error reason. You can also navigate under the **Push History** tab to download all your previously pushed records. ###### Can I push leads to ActiveCampaign from somewhere other than People Search?
Yes. You can also push leads from the **Browser Extension** and from **Prospeo lists**.
