# Pushing Contacts (Leads) to Instantly

# How to Push Leads to Instantly
Push leads directly from Prospeo's dashboard into your Instantly campaigns.
### Requirements
* A Prospeo account on the **Starter**, **Growth**, or **Pro** plan.
* Instantly connected to Prospeo. See [How to Connect Prospeo to Instantly](https://help.prospeo.io/en/article/how-to-integrate-prospeo-to-instantly-12229sz/).
### Step 1: Create a Campaign in Instantly
Before pushing leads, make sure you have a campaign ready in Instantly to push them into.
1. On your [Instantly dashboard](https://app.instantly.ai/), click **Campaigns** on the left sidebar, then click **+ Add New**.

2. Enter a campaign name, then click **Continue** to create it.

### Step 2: Push Leads from People Search **or a List**
You can push leads from your **People Search** results or from any of your saved **Prospeo lists** — the steps are the same once you've made your selection.
1. Go to **Search → People** at [app.prospeo.io/search/people](https://app.prospeo.io/search/people), or open a saved list at [app.prospeo.io/lists](https://app.prospeo.io/lists). Apply your filters to find the leads you want to export.
2. Select the leads by checking the box next to each name. To select all results on the page, check the box at the top of the list.
3. Click the **Push to** dropdown in the top action bar.
4. Look for and select **Instantly**.

5. In the **Push to Instantly** dialog, under **"Add to an Instantly campaign (Required)"**, select the campaign you created earlier.

|| **Note:** Only leads with a verified email will be pushed. Leads without a valid email address will be skipped.
6. Review the credit cost summary, then click **Export contacts**.
7. A progress bar will appear. Once it shows "**Push to Instantly completed**", your leads are now in Instantly.

### Verify in Instantly
1. Open your [Instantly dashboard](https://app.instantly.ai/) and click **Campaigns** on the left sidebar.
2. Navigate to the campaign you selected during export.

3. Open the **Leads** tab to see the contacts you pushed from Prospeo.

### Credit Usage
* Pushing leads triggers email enrichment: **1 credit per verified email** found.
* Previously enriched leads are **free** to push again within **90 days**. After that, credits will be charged accordingly.
* No credits are charged for leads where no email is found.

* You can also push leads to Instantly from the **Browser Extension** and from **Prospeo lists**.
* Push history and error logs are available at https://app.prospeo.io/integration?name=instantly
* Instantly integrations are linked to your account only, it is not shared across the team.

### FAQs

###### Can I push mobile numbers to Instantly?
No. The Instantly integration only supports email. Mobile enrichment is not available for this integration.

###### Do I have to select a campaign?
Yes. Selecting an Instantly campaign is required before you can export contacts.

###### Can a team member push leads to Instantly as well?
Yes, but each team member must connect their own Instantly API key first. The Instantly integration is linked to your account only — it is **not shared across the team**. See [How to Connect Prospeo to Instantly](https://help.prospeo.io/en/article/how-to-integrate-prospeo-to-instantly-12229sz/) for setup instructions.

###### Do I get charged again if I push the same lead twice?
Not if it's within 90 days — pushing the same lead in that window is completely free. After that, it counts as a new request and credits will be charged accordingly.

###### Why are some of my leads not showing up in Instantly?
Leads may be skipped due to missing email or duplicates already in Instantly. Go to [https://app.prospeo.io/integration?name=instantly](https://app.prospeo.io/integration?name=instantly) for the full **Error Logs** of skipped/failed push attempts and error reason. You can also navigate under the **Push History** tab to download all your previously pushed records. ###### Can I push leads to Instantly from somewhere other than People Search?
Yes. You can also push leads from the **Browser Extension** and from **Prospeo lists**.
