# Pushing Contacts (Leads) to Woodpecker

# How to Push Leads to Woodpecker
Push leads directly from Prospeo's dashboard into your Woodpecker campaigns.
### Requirements
* A Prospeo account on the **Starter**, **Growth**, or **Pro** plan.
* Woodpecker connected to Prospeo. See [How to Connect Prospeo to Woodpecker.](https://help.prospeo.io/en/article/how-to-integrate-prospeo-to-woodpecker-1pnul9/)

### Step 1: Create a Campaign in Woodpecker
Before pushing leads, make sure you have a Woodpecker campaign ready to push them into. If you don't have one yet, click **Add campaign** to create one.

### Step 2: Push Leads from People Search or a List
You can push leads from your **People Search** results or from any of your saved **Prospeo lists**. The steps are the same once you've made your selection.
1. Open the leads you want to push, whether from **People Search** at [app.prospeo.io/search/people](https://app.prospeo.io/search/people) or from a saved list at [app.prospeo.io/lists](https://app.prospeo.io/lists).
2. Select your leads by checking the box next to each name. To select all results on the page, check the box at the top of the list.
3. Open the **Push to** dropdown menu in the top action bar.
4. Look for and select **Woodpecker**. Make sure it shows the **Connected** tag. If not, see [How to Connect Prospeo to Woodpecker](https://help.prospeo.io/en/article/how-to-integrate-prospeo-to-woodpecker-1pnul9/) first.

5. In the **Push to Woodpecker** dialog, select the Woodpecker campaign you want to push your leads to.
6. Review the credit cost summary, then click **Export** to push your leads.

|| **Credit Usage:** Pushing leads triggers email enrichment at **1 credit per verified email** found. Previously enriched leads are free to push again within **90 days**. No credits are charged for leads where no email is found.
7. A progress bar will appear above. Once it shows "**Push to Woodpecker completed**", your leads are now in Woodpecker.

### Verify in Woodpecker
1. To verify and view your leads, click **Campaigns** on your Woodpecker dashboard.
2. Select the campaign you pushed your leads to.

3. Click **Prospects**.
4. Your pushed leads will appear here. From here, you can add them to your sending schedule, personalize your outreach, and start your campaign to begin reaching out.

### Credit Usage
* Pushing leads triggers email enrichment: **1 credit per verified email** found.
* Previously enriched leads are **free** to push again within **90 days**. After that, credits will be charged accordingly.
* No credits are charged for leads where no email is found.

* You can also push leads to Woodpecker from the **Browser Extension** and from **Prospeo lists**.

### FAQs

###### Can I push mobile numbers to Woodpecker?
No. The Woodpecker integration only supports email. Mobile enrichment is not available for this integration.

###### Do I have to select a campaign?
Yes. Selecting a Woodpecker campaign is required before you can export contacts.

###### Can a team member push leads to Woodpecker as well?
Yes, but each team member must connect their own Woodpecker API key first. The Woodpecker integration is linked to your account only — it is **not shared across the team**. See [How to Connect Prospeo to Woodpecker](https://help.prospeo.io/en/article/how-to-integrate-prospeo-to-woodpecker-1pnul9/) for setup instructions.

###### Do I get charged again if I push the same lead twice?
Not if it's within 90 days — pushing the same lead in that window is completely free. After that, it counts as a new request and credits will be charged accordingly.

###### Why are some of my leads not showing up in Woodpecker?
Leads may be skipped due to missing email or duplicates already in Woodpecker. Go to [https://app.prospeo.io/integration?name=woodpecker](https://app.prospeo.io/integration?name=woodpecker) for the full **Error Logs** of skipped/failed push attempts and error reason. You can also navigate under the **Push History** tab to download all your previously pushed records. ###### Can I push leads to Woodpecker from somewhere other than People Search?
Yes. You can also push leads from the **Browser Extension** and from **Prospeo lists**.
