# Pushing Contacts (Leads) to Zoho

# How to Push Leads to Zoho
Push leads directly from Prospeo's dashboard into your Zoho CRM.
### Requirements
* A Prospeo account on the **Growth** or **Pro** plan.
* Zoho connected to Prospeo. See [How to Connect Prospeo to Zoho](https://help.prospeo.io/en/article/how-to-integrate-prospeo-to-zoho-ze436z/?bust=1785364149452).

### Step 1: Create a Campaign in Zoho CRM (Optional)
If you want your leads added to a specific Zoho campaign, make sure you have one ready before pushing.
1. On your Zoho CRM dashboard, click **Campaigns**.
2. Click **Create Campaign** and create one if you don't have one yet.

|| Note: Applying a campaign is optional. You can push leads to Zoho without selecting one.

### Step 2: Push Leads from People Search or a List
You can push leads from your **People Search** results or from any of your saved **Prospeo lists**. The steps are the same once you've made your selection.
1. In Prospeo, open the leads you want to push, whether from **People Search** at [app.prospeo.io/search/people](https://app.prospeo.io/search/people) or from a saved list at [app.prospeo.io/lists](https://app.prospeo.io/lists).
2. Select your leads by checking the box next to each name. To select all results on the page, check the box at the top of the list.
3. Open the **Push to** dropdown menu in the top action bar.
4. Look for and select **Zoho**. Make sure it shows the **Connected** tag. If not, see [How to Connect Prospeo to Zoho](https://help.prospeo.io/en/article/how-to-integrate-prospeo-to-zoho-ze436z/?bust=1785364149452) first.

5. In the **Push to Zoho** dialog, choose which contacts to push:
* **All contacts** — pushes everyone selected.
* **Contacts with verified email** — only pushes leads with a confirmed email.
* **Contacts with mobile** — only pushes leads with a mobile number.
6. (Optional) Check **Enrich mobile** to include mobile numbers in your export. Prospeo will look up a verified mobile number for each lead, and any matching email is included for free.
7. (Optional) Under **Apply a Zoho campaign**, select the campaign you want to add your leads to.
8. Review the credit cost summary, then click **Export contacts** to push your leads.

|| **Credit Usage:** Pushing leads triggers email enrichment at **1 credit per verified email** found. If you select **Enrich mobile**, it's **10 credits per mobile** found, with email enrichment included. Previously enriched leads are free to push again within **90 days**. No credits are charged for leads where no contact data is found.
9. A progress bar will appear. Once it shows "**Push to Zoho completed**", your leads are now in Zoho.

|| Note: Your leads will be created in Zoho as either **Leads** or **Contacts**, depending on the record type set in your integration settings.

### Verify in Zoho CRM
1. To verify and view your leads, go to your Zoho CRM dashboard and click **Campaigns**.
2. Select the campaign you pushed your leads to.

3. Click **Leads**.
4. Your pushed leads will appear here.

5. You can also see your leads under the **Leads** tab in the left sidebar. From here, you can assign owners, update lead statuses, add them to a workflow, or start reaching out.

### Zoho Integration Settings for Leads
You can control how your leads are pushed to Zoho at any time. Go to [app.prospeo.io/integration?name=zoho](https://app.prospeo.io/integration?name=zoho) and click **View** beside Zoho.
1. Under the **Settings** tab, you'll find your pushing settings:
* **Zoho record type**: choose whether your leads are created in Zoho as **Leads** or **Contacts**.
* **Duplicate handling for leads**: decide what happens when you push a lead that already exists in Zoho, either overwriting existing fields or filling in only what's missing.
* **Duplicate handling for companies**: the same control for company records.
* **Allow pushing contacts without an email**: enable this if you want to push leads even when no email address was found.

2. Under **Field Mapping**, map Prospeo's data fields to the matching fields in your Zoho CRM, so enriched data lands exactly where you want it.

3. Under **Ownership**, assign a Zoho record owner for each team member, so pushed leads land with the right rep.

|| Note: These settings apply to every push, so it's worth reviewing them before your first export.

### Credit Usage
* Pushing leads triggers email enrichment: **1 credit per verified email** found.
* If you select **Enrich mobile**: **10 credits per mobile** found (email enrichment is included).
* Previously enriched leads are **free** to push again within **90 days**. After that, credits will be charged accordingly.
* No credits are charged for leads where no contact data is found.
### Notes
* You can also push leads to Zoho from the **Browser Extension** and from **Prospeo lists**.

* The Zoho integration is shared across your team. Once connected, all team members can push leads to Zoho.

### FAQs

###### Can I push mobile numbers to Zoho?
Yes. Check **Enrich mobile** in the export dialog to include verified mobile numbers with your leads.

###### Do I have to select a campaign?
No. Applying a Zoho campaign is optional. If you skip it, your leads are still pushed to Zoho and you can find them under the **Leads** tab.

###### Will my leads be created as Leads or Contacts in Zoho?
That depends on the record type you've set under the **Settings** tab of your Zoho integration settings. You can change it at any time.

###### Can a team member push leads to Zoho as well?
Yes. The Zoho integration is shared across the team, so once it's connected, all team members can push leads without connecting separately.

###### Do I get charged again if I push the same lead twice?
Not if it's within 90 days — pushing the same lead in that window is completely free. After that, it counts as a new request and credits will be charged accordingly.

###### Will pushing overwrite my existing Zoho records?
Only if you choose to. Under the **Settings** tab of your Zoho integration settings, you can decide whether existing records are overwritten or whether Prospeo fills in only the fields that are missing.

###### Why are some of my leads not showing up in Zoho?
Leads may be skipped due to missing contact data or duplicates already in Zoho. Go to [https://app.prospeo.io/integration?name=zoho](https://app.prospeo.io/integration?name=zoho) for the full **Integration & Error Logs** of skipped or failed push attempts and the error reason. You can also check the **Push Integration History** tab for a full record of previously pushed leads. ###### Can I push leads to Zoho from somewhere other than People Search?
Yes. You can also push leads from the **Browser Extension** and from **Prospeo lists**.
