What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?
You will find below detailed explanations about what happens whenever you upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan.
Upgrading your monthly plan:
When upgrading from a monthly subscription to a higher monthly plan, you will be charged in full the new subscription price, and any unused credits will be carried over to the new period. The carried-over credits will expire when your next monthly renewal (30 days).
Downgrading your monthly plan:
When downgrading your plan from a monthly subscription to a lower monthly plan, you will keep your current plan (credits and features) until the end of the period. At the end of the current period, your subscription will be renewed to the lower-selected plan.
Upgrading from a monthly plan to a yearly plan:
When you upgrade your current monthly plan to a yearly plan, you will be billed the full yearly price upfront. You will then be switched to your new yearly plan and get all of your yearly credits at once (for example, 12 000 for a Starter plan). The unused credits from the previous monthly plan will also be carried over.
Upgrading or downgrading your yearly plan:
When you either upgrade or downgrade your yearly plan to another yearly plan, you will be charged in full for the new yearly subscription price, and any unused credits will be carried over for the new period of one year. You will also receive all of the credits for the yearly plan at once (for example, 12 000 credits for the Starter plan).
Canceling your plan (monthly & yearly):
When canceling your monthly or yearly plan, you will keep your current plan (credits and features) until the end of the period. At the end of the current period, you will be downgraded to the Free plan, and no charge will occur.
Downgrading your plan from a yearly plan to a monthly plan:
When you wish to change from a yearly plan to a monthly plan, you will lose all of your current unused yearly credits. A warning message will appear indicating that if you change your plan from yearly to monthly, all unused credits will be lost. Make sure to downgrade from yearly to monthly only if you are willing to lose all of your credits.
Renew your current plan (only for yearly subscription):
Yearly users can renew their plan whenever needed, in order to receive more credits. For example, if you are currently under a yearly Starter plan, and you have used all of your credits, you will have the option to "Renew now". After payment, a new yearly will begin, and you will receive all of your credits upfront.
