Your previous data & invoices (from V1)

This article covers what happens to your invoices, billing history, and any previous V1 data archive after moving to Prospeo V2.


Invoices & billing history

If you paid for Prospeo in V1:

  • Your paid invoices from V1 are available in V2 so you can still:
    • See your billing history
    • Download invoices from your dashboard
  • For clarity, older invoices may be labeled as coming from the previous Prospeo platform.

Where to find them

  • Go to your V2 dashboard → Account / Billing (or Billing) → Invoices


Downloading your previous V1 data (if available)

Some accounts have an archive available from V1.

  • If we have an archive for you, you’ll see an in-app message/button:

“Download my data”

  • Clicking it downloads your personal archive from the previous platform.
  • If no archive exists, you simply won’t see that message.


What if something is missing?

If you can’t find an invoice or expected data:

  • Double-check you’re logged into the right email/team
  • Check Account / Billing → Invoices
  • If still missing, contact support with:
    • Account email
    • What’s missing (invoice date/amount helps a lot)
