FAQs
Which platforms are supported for CRM enrichment?
Currently, only HubSpot and Salesforce are available for CRM enrichment.
Which plans include CRM Enrichment?
CRM enrichment is included for the Growth and Pro plans only. If you are on a free or starter plan, you would have to upgrade your plan to use this feature.
Can I set up recurring enrichment on a schedule (e.g., monthly)?
No. On-demand enrichment is a one-time run. Automatic enrichment continuously processes new records every 5 minutes, but does not re-enrich previously processed records.
Why are some of my records skipped?
Skipped records mean Prospeo does not have a match in our database for those records. You are not charged any credits for skipped records.
What's the difference between "Fill missing only" and "Overwrite"?
"Fill missing only" adds data only where the field is currently empty. "Overwrite" replaces all existing values with the latest data from Prospeo, even if the field already has a value.
Can I download the results?
Yes. Click on any completed enrichment to open the details panel, then click Download CSV Report.
