- Go to prospeo.io or open the Prospeo dashboard at app.prospeo.io.
- Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner.

- Type in your email address associated with your Prospeo account and click Set my email.
- Write your support inquiry or questions you would like help with (attach relevant screenshots, context and summary of issues for a quicker response)

- Click Send
A support agent will respond directly in the chat.
