Get Help With Prospeo Support

Reach Out to Prospeo Support

If you need help, Prospeo offers live chat and email support. All users, regardless of their plan subscription, can access support.

Live Chat

The fastest way to get help.

  1. Go to prospeo.io or open the Prospeo dashboard at app.prospeo.io.
  2. Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner.
  3. Type in your email address associated with your Prospeo account and click Set my email.
  4. Write your support inquiry or questions you would like help with (attach relevant screenshots, context and summary of issues for a quicker response)
  5. Click Send

A support agent will respond directly in the chat.


Note: Our human support team are available to answer questions directly in live chat from Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.

Prospeo's AI Support agent is available 24/7 to answer any common questions and basic troubleshooting issues (including outside business hours).

  • Share the steps you took before the issue occurred.
  • Mention your plan type and account email.
  • For billing inquiries, please have the latest 4 digits of the card on file and last invoice amount handy for verification purposes.
