How Credits Work


Credits are Prospeo's currency. You spend credits when you reveal verified contact information like emails and mobile numbers. You are only charged when a valid result is returned.

Note: When you enrich a lead with a mobile number (10 credits), the email is included for free. You are not charged 1 credit for the email on top of the 10 for the mobile.

When Credits Are Automatically Used

Two actions in the People Search dashboard trigger email enrichment automatically:

  • Adding leads to a Prospeo list — reveals emails and costs 1 credit per email found.
  • Exporting leads to CSV or pushing to an external workflow — reveals all available emails at 1 credit per email found.
  • Exporting companies to CSV or pushing to a CRM — 1 credit per company successfully matched.

No credits are charged if an email cannot be found for a lead, and no credits charged if a company cannot be matched.

  • Exporting and pushing leads where no contact info is available
  • Re-enriching the same lead or company (for the lifetime of your account)

How Credits Reset

Monthly Plans

Credits reset on your billing date each month. Unused credits do not roll over — they expire at the end of each billing cycle.

Yearly Plans

All credits for the year are distributed upfront at the time of purchase. Unused credits expire at the end of your yearly billing cycle.

Example: A yearly Pro plan purchased on January 1, 2026 gives you 180,000 credits (15,000 × 12 months) immediately. Credits reset on January 1, 2027 (exactly one year from the purchase date).

Team Credits

  • Plan credits are added per seat. Each seat contributes its plan credits to a shared team pool.
  • Add-on credits are shared across the entire team and do not increase when you add seats.

Example: A Pro monthly plan with 3 seats + a 50,000 credit add-on = 45,000 plan credits (15K × 3 seats) + 50,000 add-on credits = 95,000 total credits in a shared pool accessible by all team members.

What happens if I enrich a lead and no email or mobile is found?

No credits are charged.


Do I get charged twice if I enrich the same lead again?

No. Re-enriching the same lead is free for the lifetime of your account.


Can I roll over unused credits to next month?

No. Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not carry over.

Where can I check my credit usage?
