How to Create a Free Prospeo Account

Prospeo offers a free plan with 100 credits per month so you can test the platform before committing to a paid subscription.

Note: Bulk processing, integrations, and select filters are not available on the free plan.

Go to prospeo.io/sign-up
Enter your email, first name, last name, and password.
Click Sign Up and check your email.

Open the Prospeo registration email and click Verify Email Address.
Log in and start using your 100 credits.

How Credits Work on Prospeo?

Credits reset on your next billing cycle. (See your next billing cycle reset here - https://app.prospeo.io/account/subscription)
Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
You are only charged credits when a valid result is returned (email or mobile found).

Why am I getting "Your account does not qualify for a Free plan"?

Your account has been restricted as our system detected suspicious activity such as: multi-accounting, signing up with disposable or non-business emails, VPN usage, or other flagged activity. Upgrading to a paid plan will immediately restore full access. See Why is My Account Restricted/Suspended?

How long do I have access to the Free plan?

The Free plan is available forever. Your 100 credits reset every month with no expiration on the plan itself.

How many credits do I get on the Free plan and what does that get me?

You get 100 credits per month on the Free plan. With 100 credits, you can either reveal 100 verified emails (1 credit per email), or reveal 10 mobile numbers + get up to 10 matching emails for free (10 credits per mobile) per month.

Can I purchase credit add-ons on a Free plan?

No. Credit add-ons are only available for purchase on paid plans (Starter, Growth, or Pro). You cannot purchase a credit add-on while being on a Free plan.

Does the Free plan include API access?

Yes, the Free plan includes limited API access so you can test the API. However, due to low rate limits and a low credit allowance, we recommend upgrading to a paid plan for any meaningful API usage. See Plans and Pricing Overview for more information.
