How to Change Your Login Email
Update the email address associated with your Prospeo account.
Steps
- Sign in to your Prospeo account: https://prospeo.io/login
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- Click Account & settings (or directly go to: https://app.prospeo.io/account/settings)

- Under Email address, click Change email address.

- Enter your new email address and click Next.

- Open the inbox of your new email address and click "Verify Email Address"

- Your login email is now updated to your new email.
My Account Is Logged In Using Google
If your account uses Google sign-in, you must set a password before you can change your email.
- In your Account Settings, under Email address, you will see "You're logged in using Google", click Set a password to login.

- A confirmation window will appear to inform you that an email to reset your password will be sent to your current email address. Click Send email.

- Check your email and click on the link to set your new Prospeo password.
- Follow the original Steps 1-7 above to update your email address.
FAQs
I no longer have access to my old email. Can I still change it?
Yes, as long as you're signed into your Prospeo account, you can change it to your new email address. The confirmation email is only sent to your new email address. If you are NOT signed into your Prospeo account because you no longer have access to the old email, please contact Prospeo Support.

Can I transfer credits from an old account to a new email?
Credit transfers between accounts is NOT possible. For further account assistance, please contact Prospeo support.
I forgot or no longer have access to my login email, what should I do?
Contact Prospeo support and tell them you no longer have access to the email you used to log in.
To help them find your account faster, include:
- Any email addresses you might have used (or the domain, like
@company.com) - The name on the account
- The last 4 digits of the card on file (if you paid)
- Approximate sign-up/registration date
- Anything else that can confirm you own the account
The more details you share, the easier it is for them to locate the correct login email.
