How to Purchase a Credit Add-On
Credit add-ons give you extra credits on top of your plan allocation. Add-on credits are shared across your entire team and are added as a recurring subscription to your billing cycle. You must be on a paid plan (Starter, Growth, or Pro) to purchase a credit add-on.
Option 1: From the Pricing Page
- Go to the Prospeo Pricing Page.
- Toggle between Yearly billing or Monthly billing at the top.
- Below the plan cards, use the credit add-on slider to select the number of credits you want.

- Click Update Current Plan (to keep your current plan) or select a different plan to upgrade/downgrade at the same time.
- On the checkout page, review the add-on under your order summary on the right side.

- Click Confirm Payment.
Option 2: From Your Subscription Settings
- Go to your Subscription settings at app.prospeo.io/account/subscription. You can also find this by clicking your profile icon → Account & Settings → Your subscription tab.

- Click the Purchase add-on credits button (next to Credit usage).
- You'll be taken to the checkout page. Click See our add-ons pricing.

- In the modal, click Add Addon next to the credit tier you want.

- Review the changes on the right side and click Confirm Payment.
What to Know
- Add-on credits are shared across your entire team, not per seat.
- Only one add-on tier can be active at a time. To get more credits, upgrade to a higher add-on tier.
- Credits get cheaper as you scale — the price per credit decreases at higher tiers.
- Add-on credits are granted immediately upon purchase and renew with your billing cycle.
- Add-on credits do not roll over. Unused add-on credits expire at the end of your billing cycle. If your next billing reset is coming up, we recommend waiting until after renewal to purchase a credit add-on to prevent wasted credits.
- Purchasing just a credit add-on does NOT reset your billing cycle. Be sure you have sufficient time to use all your credit add-ons before your next renewal date.
Auto-Upgrade Add-On
You can enable automatic add-on upgrades from your subscription settings at app.prospeo.io/account/subscription.
Toggle on Auto-upgrade addon and when your credits drop below 10% of your current add-on tier's maximum, your add-on will automatically upgrade to the next tier. The upgrade charge is added to your next invoice.
This is useful for high-volume users who don't want to run out of credits mid-cycle tp avoid any disruptions in their workflow.

FAQs
Do purchased credit add-ons rollover?
No. Credit add-ons follow the same rules as plan credits — unused credit add-ons expire at the end of your billing cycle and do not carry over to the next cycle. Your credit add-on balance resets at renewal.
Do you offer one-time credit top-ups?
No. Credit add-ons are a recurring subscription added to your billing cycle. There are no one-time credit purchases available.
I need more than 350,000 monthly credits (or 3.5M yearly). Can I get more?
Yes. The standard add-on pricing goes up to 350,000 credits/month or 3.5M credits/year. If you need higher volume, contact Prospeo Support and we can enable extended add-on pricing on your account.
Is it cheaper to upgrade my plan or buy an add-on?
In most cases, upgrading to a higher plan is more cost-effective than purchasing an add-on for the same number of credits. However, if you're already on Pro, add-ons are the only way to get more credits.
Are add-on credits per user or shared?
Shared. Plan credits are per seat (each user gets their own allocation), but add-on credits are a shared pool accessible by all team members.
Can I change or cancel my add-on?
Yes. To upgrade your add-on, select a higher tier from the pricing page — you'll only be charged the difference. To cancel or downgrade your add-on, the change is scheduled for the end of your current billing cycle. See How to Remove (Downgrade) a Credit Add-on.
What happens to my add-on if I switch billing periods?
If you switch from monthly to yearly (or vice versa), your add-on credits are lost immediately. A warning modal will appear before you confirm. See Monthly vs. Annual Billing for details.
Can I buy a credit add-on on the Free plan?
