FAQs
Do I get charged just for viewing search results?
No. You can browse, filter, and preview results without spending any credits. Credits are only charged when you reveal, export, or push contact data.
What if Prospeo can't find an email or mobile for a lead?
No credits are charged. You only pay when verified contact data is returned.
I exported the same leads twice. Was I charged again?
No. Re-enriching the same lead within the same billing cycle is free.
Is adding leads to a list the same cost as exporting to CSV?
Yes. Both actions trigger email enrichment at 1 credit per verified email found. The destination (list, CSV, or CRM) does not change the credit cost.
Where can I see how my credits were spent?
Go to app.prospeo.io/analytics to view a breakdown of credit usage by day and by source.
