How to Export People Search Results to a CSV

Export leads from People Search as a CSV file with verified emails, mobile numbers, and 50+ person and company data fields.

Select Your Leads

  1. Run a People Search at app.prospeo.io/search/people and apply your filters. (See How to Search for People first before reading this article).
  2. Click the checkbox at the top-left of the results table to open selection options:

Select number of people — enter a custom number (e.g., 25, 100, 500).

Select this page — select all leads on the current page.

Select all people — select all matching leads (up to 20,000).

  1. Optionally, set Max people per company to limit how many leads are included per company. Click Use filter to access the Select Per Company filter, and enter a max number of leads (e.g., 1, 2, or 10).
  2. Click Apply.


Export to CSV

  1. With your leads selected, click Export in the top action bar.


  1. The Export to CSV modal will appear.


Choose Contact Type

Select one of three options:

  • All contacts — exports everyone selected. Emails are enriched automatically.
  • Contacts with verified email — only exports leads with a valid email address.
  • Contacts with mobile — only exports leads with a valid mobile number.

Enrich Mobile (Optional)

Check Enrich mobile to reveal mobile numbers during export. This costs 10 credits per mobile found (email is included for free).


Select Columns to Export

Click Select column to export (optional) to customize which data fields to include in your CSV.


Person fields include:

First name, Last name, Full name, Person LinkedIn URL, Email, Email status, Mobile, Mobile status, Mobile international format, Mobile national format, Mobile country, Mobile country code, Job title, Job department, Job seniority, Job start year, Job start month, Person country, Person country code, Person state, Person city, Person time zone, Person time zone offset, Person skills, Person headline, Prospeo Person ID, Person in lists, Person saved at.


Company fields include:

Company name, Company industry, Company website, Company employee range, Company employee count, Company employee count on Prospeo, Company domain, Company LinkedIn URL, Company Facebook URL, Company Twitter URL, Company Instagram URL, Company YouTube URL, Company Crunchbase URL, Company type, Company HQ Phone, Company country, Company country code, Company state, Company city, Company time zone, Company time zone offset, Company raw address, Company keywords, Company technologies, Company funding total amount, Company funding total number of rounds, Company last round amount, Company last round type, Company last round date, Company revenue range, Company NAICS codes, Company description, Company founded, Company logo URL, Company intent, Company email domain, Company main email pattern, Prospeo Company ID, Company in lists, Company saved at, Active job count, Active job titles.

You can also include technology data in your export. Enter specific technologies (powered by Wappalyzer) and if a company uses that technology, it will be included as a column in your CSV.

Review and Export

The modal shows the total credit cost at the bottom based on your selection.


Click Export contacts to start the export.

Your CSV file will be available for download once processing is complete. Click Download export.


CSV Export History

Previously exported CSV files can be accessed at app.prospeo.io/analytics under CSV Export History.


Click the download button next to any previous export to re-download the file.


FAQs

Can I export leads without email enrichment?

No. All exports include email enrichment by default — this is what provides the verified contact data. However, you are only charged credits when a verified email is actually found.


Am I re-charged credits if I export the same lead twice?

No. Re-exporting a lead you've already enriched in the same billing cycle is free.


How much does it cost to export leads with a mobile number?

Mobile enrichment costs 10 credits per verified mobile found. This includes the email enrichment for free — you won't be charged separately for the email.


How can I view previously exported leads?

Go to app.prospeo.io/analytics to view your CSV export history and re-download any past exports. You can also find all enriched/revealed contacts under All Saved People at app.prospeo.io/list/all-saved/people.


Can I choose which columns are included in my CSV?

Yes. In the export modal, click Select column to export (optional) to check or uncheck specific person and company fields before exporting.
