Run a People Search

1. Go to Search → People at app.prospeo.io/search/people
2. Apply filters from the left sidebar to narrow your results for your ideal prospects.
3. Preview matching leads in the results table. You can see names, titles, companies, and whether email or mobile data is available — before spending any credits.
4. Select the leads you want by checking the box next to each name, or select all on the page using the top checkbox.
5. Choose an action:

• • Add to list — save leads to a Prospeo list.
  • Export — download as a CSV file.
  • Push to... — send your list directly to your CRM, outreach sequencer or another connected integration.

Available Filters

Prospeo offers 30+ filters to refine your search. Applying filters update results instantly.

Person Filters

• Person Name — search by first and/or last name.
• Job Title — search by current roles and titles
• Department — Sales, Marketing, Engineering, HR, etc.
• Seniority — C-Level, VP, Director, Manager, Entry, etc.
• Location — country, state, or city (person location or company HQ).
• Contact Details — filter for leads with verified email, verified mobile, or both.
• Time in Current Role — min/max months at current position.
• Time in Current Company — min/max months at current company.
• Total Years of Experience — min/max years.
• Job Change — people who have changed jobs in the last 90, 180, 270, or 365 days.

Company Filters

• Company — search by name, domain, or website. Supports bulk include/exclude via CSV upload.
• Industry & Keyword — industry classification, company keywords, NAICS, and SIC codes.
• Employee Headcount — total company employee headcount range.
• Headcount by department — total department employee headcount range in a company.
• Revenue — annual revenue range.
• Funding — funding stage, amount raised, or date of last round.
• Technologies — companies using specific software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Founded Year — year the company was founded.
• Headcount Growth — growth rate by department.
• Job Posting — companies actively hiring specific roles.
• Buying Intent — companies researching topics relevant to your solution.
• Company Email Provider — Microsoft, Google, Proofpoint, Mimecast, or Other.
• Company Attributes — offers demo, has free trial, is downloadable, is/has mobile app, has public pricing, has online reviews, etc.

Refine Your Results

• Select Per Company — Set results to a limited number of leads per company. Ex. If you set it to "1", Prospeo keeps the best contact and hides the rest.
• Contact Details — show only leads with verified work emails and/or verified mobile numbers.
• Duplicate Control — exclude leads already in your Prospeo lists, previously exported leads, or upload a CSV of people to exclude. (Note: Only available on Growth and Pro plans.)
• Save Search — save your current filter combination to reuse later.

Export Options

After selecting leads, you can:

• Export — download a CSV with enriched leads, including emails and 30+ person and company fields. You can also choose to enrich mobiles for 10 credits per mobile.

• Add to a list — save leads to a Prospeo list with enriched emails included for later review.

• Push to CRM or outreach tool — send directly to HubSpot, Salesforce, Lemlist, Instantly, and other connected integrations.

When exporting, you can choose to include only contacts with verified email, contacts with mobile, or all contacts. You can also optionally enrich mobiles during export.

Credit Usage

• Browsing and filtering search results is free — no credits are spent until you export or reveal contact data.
• Email enrichment costs 1 credit per verified email found.
• Mobile enrichment costs 10 credits per mobile found (includes email for free).
• No charge when no results are found, or when re-exporting the same lead in the same billing cycle.
