How to View Contact Details

Reveal a lead's verified email address and mobile number directly from the People Search results.

Reveal Contact Data

  1. Run a People Search at app.prospeo.io/search/people and apply your filters. (See How to Search for People first before reading this article).
  2. Find the lead you want to find contact details for in your results table.
  3. Under the Email field, click Reveal email to uncover their verified email address (costs 1 credit).


  1. Under the Mobile field, click Reveal mobile to uncover their mobile number (costs 10 credits — includes email for free).


You can hover over the reveal button to see the credit cost before clicking.


Note: If you already revealed an email and would like to reveal the mobile number, it will only cost 9 credits to reveal the mobile. Total cost for mobile + email revealed = 10 credits.

FAQs

Can I reveal all contact details at once?

Yes. Select multiple leads and use Export or Push to CRM to enrich and reveal contact data in bulk. You can also click Reveal mobile directly — this includes the email for free, so you get both in one action.


Are all contact details verified?

Prospeo only returns contact data that has been verified. Emails are verified through BounceBan with a less than 2% average bounce rate. If a contact cannot be verified, it won't be returned.


What does "verified" mean?

A verified email has been confirmed as a real, deliverable inbox. A verified mobile has been confirmed as an active number associated with that person.


What does the UNAVAILABLE status mean?

UNAVAILABLE means Prospeo could not verify the email or the address does not exist. Do not email contacts with an UNAVAILABLE status.


How much does it cost to reveal contact data?

Revealing an email costs 1 credit. Revealing a mobile costs 10 credits and includes the email for free. If you've already revealed the email and want to add the mobile, it costs 9 credits (since you've already paid 1 credit for the email).


Are mobile numbers work or personal numbers?

Mobile numbers are direct-dial numbers associated with the person. They may be work mobiles or personal mobiles — Prospeo returns the best verified number available for reaching that individual.
