How to Cancel Your Subscription
Cancel your Prospeo subscription at any time. The cancellation is scheduled for the end of your current billing cycle — you keep access to your plan and remaining credits until then.
Steps
- Go to your Subscription settings at app.prospeo.io/account/subscription. You can also find this by clicking your profile icon → Account & Settings → Your subscription tab.
- Click Cancel plan.

- A warning modal will appear. Review it before clicking Yes, I understand.

- A prompt will appear to share any feedback with our team to help improve the product experience.

- Click Cancel my plan.

Your cancellation is now scheduled.
Your plan will revert to Free at the end of your billing cycle and no further payments will be charged.
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- You can continue using all features and remaining credits until your renewal date.
- At renewal, your account reverts to the Free plan (100 credits/month, basic filters only).
- All team members lose access to premium features and the team is dissolved.
- Team configuration is permanently lost.
- If you change your mind and want to keep your plan, you may undo the cancellation any time before your billing cycle ends by clicking Keep my plan

FAQs
Is the cancellation immediate?
No. The cancellation is scheduled for the end of your current billing cycle. You keep full access to your plan and credits until your next renewal date — based on the date you originally subscribed, not the first of the month.
Will I get a refund when I cancel?
Cancellations do not include an automatic refund. You retain access to your plan and credits for the remainder of your billing cycle. If you believe you're owed a refund due to special circumstances, contact Prospeo Support for assistance.
Will I still have access to my credits after cancelling?
Yes — until your next renewal date. Any unused credits expire when your plan reverts to Free. Credits do not roll over.
Can I reactivate my plan after cancelling?
Yes. You can re-subscribe to any paid plan at any time from the pricing page.
What happens to my team members?
All team members lose access to premium features at the end of your billing cycle. The team is dissolved and all team configuration is lost.
Can I undo a cancellation?
Yes, after you cancel your plan, you can click on Keep my plan any time before your scheduled cancellation. You can find this here: https://app.prospeo.io/account/subscription
