How to Change Your Login Email

Update the email address associated with your Prospeo account.

Steps

  1. Sign in to your Prospeo account.
  2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
  3. Click Account & settings.

  1. Under Email address, click Change email address.

  1. Enter your new email address and click Next.

  1. Open the inbox of your new email address and click "Verify Email Address"

  1. Your login email is now updated to your new email.


FAQs

I no longer have access to my old email. Can I still change it?

You'll need to contact Prospeo support for account recovery and assistance. We may require proof of ownership such as your most recent invoice charge and the last 4 digits of your payment method to verify your identity.


Can I transfer credits from an old account to a new email?

Credit transfers between accounts is NOT possible. For further account assistance, please contact Prospeo support.


I forgot my login email, what should I do?

Contact Prospeo support and tell them you forgot the email you used to log in.

To help them find your account faster, include:

  • Any email addresses you might have used (or the domain, like @company.com)
  • The name on the account
  • The last 4 digits of the card on file (if you paid)
  • Approximate sign-up/registration date
  • Anything else that can confirm you own the account

The more details you share, the easier it is for them to locate the correct login email.
