How to Purchase a Plan Subscription

Subscribe to a Prospeo plan to unlock credits, advanced filters, integrations, and API access. You get immediate access to all features and credits upon checkout.

Steps

  1. Go to https://prospeo.io/pricing
  2. Choose between Yearly billing or Monthly billing using the toggle at the top.
  3. Under the plan you want, click Get Started (you must be signed in to a Prospeo account).
  4. You'll be redirected to the subscription checkout page.

On the Checkout Page

Left side:

  • Change selected plan — confirms your selected plan and billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Click See our pricing plans to switch.
  • Add-ons (optional) — click See our add-ons pricing to add a credit add-on to your plan.
  • Enter your Payment Method and Billing Details.


Right side (Order Summary):

  • Billing Cycle **— **toggle between monthly or yearly billing
  • Users — select how many seats you need using the + / − controls.
  • Credits — shows the total credits included with your plan.
  • Changes — summarizes what's changing on your account.
  • New Price — your recurring subscription price.
  • Due Today — the amount charged immediately, including any active discounts.
  • Have a coupon? — click to apply a coupon code.


  1. Review your order summary.
  2. Click Confirm changes to complete your purchase.

Your subscription is activated immediately. All plan features and credits are available right away.

FAQs

Do I need a Prospeo account before purchasing?

Yes. Create a free account at https://prospeo.io/sign-up first, then upgrade from the pricing page.


Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Yes. You can toggle between monthly and yearly on the pricing page before checkout. See Monthly vs. Annual Billing for more details.


Can I add more seats later?

Yes. You can add seats at any time from your subscription settings. The cost is prorated to the remaining time in your billing cycle.


What payment methods are accepted?

Prospeo accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via Stripe.


I'm getting "Your card is declined" when trying to purchase.

This is usually caused by your bank's fraud detection or Stripe's anti-fraud system. Double-check your card and billing details, disable any VPNs, ensure there's sufficient funds, or try a different card. If it still fails, contact your bank to unblock the charge. When do I get access to my plan features?

Immediately. Credits and features are available as soon as your payment is processed. If you do not see an immediate upgrade to your account, please contact Prospeo Support.
