How to Remove a Credit Add-On


Cancel your credit add-on so it does not renew at your next billing cycle.


Steps

  1. Go to https://prospeo.io/pricing
  2. Click Update Current Plan under your current subscription.

  1. Click the 'X' next to your current add-on tier.


  1. Click Confirm Changes.

  1. Your credit add-on will now be removed at the end of your billing cycle.



Note: Your add-on is not removed immediately. It is scheduled for cancellation at the end of your current billing cycle. You can continue using your remaining add-on credits until then.

Is the add-on removed immediately?

No. The cancellation is scheduled for the end of your current billing cycle. Your add-on credits remain available until then.


Will I get a refund for unused add-on credits?

No. Unused add-on credits are not refunded. Use your remaining credits before the billing cycle ends.


Can I re-add the add-on after cancelling?

Yes. You can purchase a new add-on at any time from the pricing page.


Can I downgrade my add-on to a lower tier instead of removing it?

Yes. On the checkout page, select a lower add-on tier and confirm changes. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.


Can I undo the cancellation before my billing cycle ends?

Yes. Click Keep my add-on in the cancellation notice under your subscription to reverse the scheduled removal.
