How to Remove Your Credit Card Information
Remove your saved credit card from your Prospeo account.
Steps
- On your dashboard, click your profile icon (top right), then select Plan & Billing, or visit https://app.prospeo.io/account/billing
- Under Payment method, click Remove my card.
- Your card will be scheduled for removal at the end of your current billing cycle. A confirmation banner will appear.
Changed Your Mind?
If you decide to keep your subscription, click Keep my plan on the cancellation notice found under your subscription. This cancels the scheduled card removal and your payment method stays on file.

Is my card removed immediately?
No. Your card is removed at the end of your current billing cycle.
Why can’t I click Remove my Card?
Either you have an active subscription (cancel it first), or a card removal is already scheduled.
Can I undo the card removal?
Yes, after you cancel your plan, you can click on Keep my plan any time before your scheduled cancellation to also keep your card on file. You can find this here: https://app.prospeo.io/account/subscription
What happens to my account after my card is removed?
Your account reverts to the Free plan with no payment method on file.
