How to Update Your Payment Method
Replace the credit card on file for your Prospeo subscription.
Steps
- On your dashboard, click your profile icon (top right), then select Plan & Billing, or visit https://app.prospeo.io/account/billing

- Under Payment method, click Manage my payment method.

- Enter your new card details and click Update payment method.

- Once confirmed, your new payment method is saved and will be used for all future charges.

What payment methods are accepted?
Prospeo accepts credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.) We currently do not accept any other forms of payment.
Can I remove my card without adding a new one?
Only if you cancel your subscription first. You must schedule your plan cancellation before removing your payment method. See How to Remove My Credit Card.
Will updating my card affect my current subscription?
No. Updating your payment method does not change your plan, billing cycle, or credits.
My payment failed. What should I do?
Update your card using the steps above. If the issue persists, try a different card or contact your bank.
