How to Add Companies to a List

Save companies from Companies Search to a Prospeo list in a few simple steps.

Steps

1. Go to Company Search at app.prospeo.io/search/companies
2. Apply your filters and find the companies you want. You can preview the total number of results at the bottom.

3. Select companies by checking the box next to each name or click the top left checkbox to select an exact amount of companies from your search results.

4. Click Add to list in the top right action bar.

5. In the dropdown, type a new list name to create a new list, or search for an existing list.

6. Click Add to list.

7. Your companies have now been added to a Prospeo companies list, you can access all your saved lists at any time here: https://app.prospeo.io/lists

FAQs

Does it cost credits to add companies to a list?

No. Adding companies to a Prospeo list is completely free. However, exporting companies to a CSV/CRM will cost 1 credit per company exported.

Where can I find my saved lists?

Go to Search → Lists at app.prospeo.io/search/lists to view all your saved lists.

Can I only add companies to a list from Companies Search?

Yes, you may also add companies to a list using our browser extension (as long as we have a company profile for that account in our database). See How to Install The Browser Extension for more information.

Can I add companies to a list using the API?

Currently, it is not possible to save companies to a Prospeo list using the API. You may only add companies to a list via our dashboard or browser extension.

Can I add companies to multiple lists?

Yes. Select the companies again and repeat the process with a different list.

Can I use my company list in People Search?

Yes. In People Search, open the Company filter → Bulk include/exclude companies → Choose a company list from Prospeo → select your list. This lets you find individual leads at those target companies.
