How to Add People to a List

Save people from People Search to a Prospeo list in a few simple steps.

Steps

  1. Go to People Search at app.prospeo.io/search/people
  2. Apply your filters and find the people you want. You can preview the total number of results at the bottom.

  1. Select people by checking the box next to each name or click the top left checkbox to select an exact amount of people from your search results.

You can also use the Select Per Company filter to limit how many people per company appear in your results — useful if you only want a certain number of people per company.




  1. Click Add to list in the top right action bar.

  1. In the dropdown, type a new list name to create a new list, or search for an existing list. Then click Add to list.

Note: Adding people to a list automatically reveals their email (1 credit per email found). No credits are charged if no email is found or if the contact was previously revealed.
  1. Your people have now been added to a Prospeo people list, you can access all your saved lists at any time here: https://app.prospeo.io/lists


FAQs

Does it cost credits to add people to a list?

Yes. Adding people to a list automatically reveals their email, costing 1 credit per email found. People without an email on Prospeo can be added to a list for free.


Where can I find my saved lists?

In the left sidebar, go to Search → Lists to view all your saved lists or go directly to https://app.prospeo.io/lists


Can I only add people to a list from Prospeo's People Search?

No, you can also add people to a list using our browser extension (as long as we have a profile for that person in our database). See How to Install The Browser Extension for more information.


Can I add people to a list using the API?

Currently, it is not possible to save people to a Prospeo list using the API. You may only add people to a list via our dashboard or browser extension.


Can I add people to multiple lists?

Yes. Select the people and repeat the process with a different list. Previously revealed contacts are free to add to lists.


How come I can't see the Add to List button on the dashboard?

If you cannot see the Add to List button, please ensure that you have selected some records in your search results first, then the Add to List button should appear in the top right action bar.
