Got issued a Prospeo coupon code? Learn how to apply a coupon code to receive a discount on your Prospeo plan at checkout.
Steps
- Go to the Prospeo Pricing Page and select the plan your coupon applies to. If your coupon is for a specific plan (e.g., Starter Monthly), make sure you select that exact plan. If the coupon applies to any plan, choose whichever plan suits your needs.

- Click Upgrade to [plan name] to go to the checkout page.

- On the right side of the checkout page, click Have a coupon?

- A textbox will appear, paste your coupon code and click Apply. The discount will be reflected in the order summary.

- Fill in your billing details (email, company name, address, etc.) and **add a credit card **to checkout.
- Click Confirm changes.
Your plan and credits are activated immediately.

How can I get a discount coupon code?
Coupon codes are not publicly available and cannot be requested through Support. They are only issued through special partnerships and to select users at Prospeo's discretion.
How many times can I use a coupon?
Coupons are typically valid for one use per account and apply to one billing cycle. Check with whoever issued the coupon for specific terms.
I'm getting "This coupon is not applicable to your current subscription configuration." What does that mean?
The coupon is only valid for a specific plan and/or billing cycle. Make sure you've selected the correct plan (e.g., Starter Monthly vs. Growth Yearly). Check with the person who issued the coupon to confirm which plan it applies to.
What does "This coupon has reached the maximum redemption limit" mean?
The coupon has already been used the maximum number of times. Contact the coupon issuer to request a new one.
I have a 100% off coupon but it's asking for my credit card. Why?
If your coupon is truly 100% off, only a billing address is required (no credit card). If the system is asking for a payment method, the coupon may not cover the full balance (e.g., it may only apply to the base plan but not an add-on). Contact Prospeo Support if you believe this is an error.
Do coupons expire?
Yes. Most coupons expire if not used within 30 days of being issued, though some may have a longer expiry. Once applied, you can view when the coupon is valid through in your subscription settings at app.prospeo.io/account/subscription.
If I change my plan while on an active coupon, will the coupon still apply?
No. Coupons are tied to the specific plan they were applied to. If you change plans or add seats, the coupon discount will no longer apply and cannot be reapplied.
Do coupons stack with ongoing promotions?
Yes. Coupons apply on top of existing Prospeo promotions. However, you can only have one coupon active at a time — multiple coupons cannot be stacked together.
