How to Change Your Password
Update your Prospeo account password.
Steps
- Sign in to your Prospeo account.
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- Click Account & settings.

- Under Change Password, enter your current password in the first field, and new password in the second field.

- Click Change password.

- Your password has now been changed.
FAQs
I forgot my current password. How do I reset it?
Log out and click Forgot password? on the sign-in page. A reset link will be sent to your email.
I'm not receiving the password reset email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder. If it still doesn't arrive after a 15 minutes, Reach out to Prospeo Support.
Can I use the same password as before?
No, old passwords cannot be re-used, we recommend using a strong unique password for security reasons.
