How to Reset Your Password

Forgot your password? Reset it in a few steps.

Steps

  1. Sign out of your Prospeo account if you're currently logged in.
  2. Go to prospeo.io/reset-password
  3. Enter your email address in both fields.

  1. Click Reset Password.

  1. Check your email inbox and click the Reset Password button.

  1. Enter your new password and click Change Password.

Note: Passwords must be at least 8 characters and contain at least 1 number.


  1. Your password is now reset. You can sign in with your new password.


FAQs

I'm not receiving the reset email.

Check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you're entering the email address associated with your Prospeo account. If it still doesn't arrive, Reach out to Prospeo Support.


I don't remember which email I used to sign up.

Contact support with your last invoice or the last 4 digits of your payment method for account verification. Reach out to Prospeo Support.
