Prospeo has four plans: Free, Starter, Growth, and Pro. All paid plans are priced per user and are available in monthly or yearly billing cycles. Yearly billing offers a higher discount compared to monthly billing.

API rate limits vary by plan and by endpoint type. The Free plan does not include API access.

Billing Options

Prospeo offers monthly and yearly billing. Yearly plans offer a higher discount and credits are granted upfront for the full year.


All billing is at the team level. Plan credits are allocated per seat (each user gets their own credit balance), while credit add-ons are shared across the entire team.

Credit Add-Ons

If you need more credits beyond your plan allocation, you can purchase a credit add-on. Add-ons are shared across your team and are available on any paid plan.

FAQs

What are credits?

Credits are the currency used to reveal contact data in Prospeo. Each time you export, reveal, or enrich a lead's email or mobile number, credits are consumed. For a full breakdown, see How Credits Work.


Do credits roll over?

No. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and your balance resets. Credits do not carry over.


What happens if I run out of credits?

You won't be able to reveal or export new contacts until your credits reset at your next billing cycle. To get more credits immediately, you can upgrade your plan or purchase a credit add-on. See How to Purchase a Credit Add-On.


What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?

Yearly billing offers a higher discount compared to monthly. With a yearly plan, all credits are granted upfront and reset at your annual renewal date. For more details, see Monthly vs. Annual Billing.
