How to Push Leads to Lemlist

Push leads directly from Prospeo's dashboard into your Lemlist campaigns.

Requirements

  1. Go to Search → People at app.prospeo.io/search/people.
  2. Apply your filters and find the leads you want to export.
  3. Select the leads by checking the box next to each name. To select all results on the page, check the box at the top of the list.

  1. Click Push to Lemlist in the top action bar.

  1. In the export dialog, under "Choose your Lemlist campaign (Required)", select the campaign you want to push leads to.

Note: Only leads with a verified email will be pushed. Leads without a valid email address will be skipped.
  1. Review the credit cost summary, then click Export contacts.
  2. A progress bar will appear. Once it shows "Push to Lemlist completed", your leads are now in Lemlist.



Verify in Lemlist

  1. Open your Lemlist dashboard and click on Campaigns on the left side bar.


  1. Navigate to the campaign you selected during export.


  1. Your pushed contacts will appear in the campaign's lead list.

Credit Usage

  • Pushing leads triggers email enrichment: 1 credit per verified email found.
  • Previously enriched leads are free to push again for the lifetime of your account.
  • No credits are charged for leads where no email is found.

  • You can also push leads to Lemlist from the Chrome extension and from Prospeo lists.
  • Push history and logs are available at https://app.prospeo.io/integration?name=lemlist
  • Lemlist integrations are linked to your account only, it is not shared across the team.


FAQs

Can I push mobile numbers to Lemlist?

No. The Lemlist integration only supports email. Mobile enrichment is not available for this integration.


Do I have to select a campaign?

Yes. Selecting a Lemlist campaign is required before you can export contacts.


Can a team member push leads to Lemlist as well?

Yes, but each team member must connect their own Lemlist API key first. The Lemlist integration is linked to your account only — it is not shared across the team. See How to Connect Prospeo to Lemlist for setup instructions.


Do I get charged again if I push the same lead twice?

No. Previously enriched leads are free to push again for the lifetime of your account.


Why are some of my leads not showing up in Lemlist?

Leads may be skipped due to missing email or duplicates already in Lemlist. Go to https://app.prospeo.io/integration?name=lemlist for the full Error Logs of skipped/failed push attempts and error reason. You can also navigate under the Push History tab to download all your previously pushed records. If you encounter any further issues, please contact Prospeo Support.


Can I push leads to Lemlist from somewhere other than People Search?

Yes. You can also push leads from the Chrome extension and from Prospeo lists.
