How to Push Leads to Outreach.io

Push leads directly from Prospeo's People Search into your Outreach sequences. Contacts are exported with their verified email, mobile number (if available), and enriched profile data.

Requirements

• A Prospeo account on the Starter, Growth or Pro plan.
• Outreach account connected to Prospeo. See How to Connect Prospeo to Outreach.

Push Leads from People Search

1. Go to Search → People at app.prospeo.io/search/people.
2. Apply your filters and find the leads you want to export.
3. Select the leads by checking the box next to each name. To select all results on the page, check the box at the top of the list.

4. Click Push to Outreach.io in the top action bar.

5. In the export modal, choose which contacts to push:

• • All contacts — pushes everyone selected.
  • Contacts with verified email — only pushes leads with a confirmed email.
  • Contacts with mobile — only pushes leads with a mobile number.

5a. (Optional) Check Enrich mobile to include mobile numbers in your export.

5b. (Optional) Select Add to an Outreach sequence to add leads to directly to a campaign.

6. Review the credit cost summary, then click Export contacts.
7. A progress bar will appear. Once it shows "Push to Outreach completed", your leads are in Outreach.

Verify in Outreach

1. Open your Outreach dashboard.
2. Navigate to your selected sequence or the Prospects section.

3. Your pushed contacts will appear in the list.

Credit Usage

• Pushing leads to Outreach triggers email enrichment. This costs 1 credit per verified email found.
• If you select Enrich mobile, mobile enrichment costs 10 credits per mobile found (email is included for free).
• Previously enriched/exported leads are free to push again for the lifetime of your account.
• No credits are charged for leads where no contact data is found.

• You can also push leads to Outreach from the Chrome extension and from Prospeo lists.
• Push history and logs are available at app.prospeo.io/integration under the Push History tab.

FAQs

Do I get charged again if I push the same lead twice?

No. Previously enriched leads in the same billing cycle are free to push again.

Can I push leads to a specific Outreach sequence?

Yes. In the export dialog, you can select which Outreach sequence to add the leads to.

Why are some of my leads not showing up in Outreach?

Leads that fail to push (e.g., due to missing email or a duplicate already in Outreach) may be skipped. Check your push history for Outreach.io at https://app.prospeo.io/integration?name=outreach under the Push History tab for a full breakdown of successful, failed, and skipped leads.

Can I push leads to Outreach from somewhere other than People Search?

Yes. You can also push leads from the Chrome extension and from Prospeo lists.
