View Your Invoices and Receipts

How to View Your Invoices and Receipts

Download invoices and receipts for your Prospeo transactions.

Option 1: Download Receipts via Email

  1. Open the email inbox associated with your Prospeo billing email address.
  2. Search: from: noreply@prospeo.io payment

  1. Open the email matching the date of the transaction you need.
  2. Click View Receipt to download a copy to your device.


Note: Prospeo emails receipts only. Invoice PDFs are only available through the dashboard (see Option 2 below).


Option 2: Download Invoices & Receipts via Dashboard


  1. Go to your Billing settings at app.prospeo.io/account/billing. You can also find this by clicking your profile iconPlan & Billing.
  2. Scroll down to Invoices & receipts. You’ll see a full history of all past transactions.
  3. Click Download under Invoice or Receipt to save the file to your device.


Note: If you’re part of a team, only the team admin or members with the 'Billing Management' permission can view and download invoices and receipts. See How To Assign Team Permissions for more information.


FAQs

Where can I find my invoice?

Invoices are only available for download through the dashboard under Plan & Billing > Invoices & receipts. Prospeo does not email invoices.


I can’t see the Invoices & receipts section. Why?

You may not have the required permissions. Ask your team admin to grant you the Billing Management permission, or request the invoice directly from them.


I can’t find the receipt email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder. Receipt emails are sent from noreply@prospeo.io. If you still can’t find it, download receipts directly from the dashboard instead.


What’s the difference between an invoice and a receipt?

An invoice is a billing document issued for a charge. A receipt confirms that payment was successfully processed. Both are available for download from the dashboard.


I'm missing an invoice under my dashboard?

If you've been recently charged and cannot find your invoice, please reach out to Prospeo Support with your billing email and last 4 digits of your payment method on file. They can help find your missing invoice for you.
