How to Add Seats to Your Plan
Add team members to your Prospeo account by purchasing additional seats.
Requirements
- An active paid subscription (Starter, Growth or Pro plan)
- Team admin permissions
Steps
- Go to Your Subscription settings at https://app.prospeo.io/account/subscription
- Click "Add seats" at the bottom left of your settings (you will be redirected to the checkout page).

- Next to Users, click the "+" button to add seats or just type in the number of seats you currently need.

- Fill out your billing information and review your order summary before clicking "Confirm Payment".

How Seat Credits Work
- Each purchased seat adds its plan credits to a shared team credit pool. Credits are not reserved per user — any team member can use the credits from the shared team credit pool.
- Credit add-ons work the same way: they are also shared across the entire team.
Example: Pro monthly plan with 3 seats + a 50,000 credit add-on:
- 3 seats × 15,000 plan credits = 45,000 plan credits (shared)
- Plus 50,000 shared add-on credits
- Total: 95,000 shared credits that can be used by any of the 3 team members
How Adding Seats Works Mid-Billing Cycle
Adding a seat mid-cycle does not restart your billing period. Both the cost and the credits are prorated to the remaining time in your current cycle.
- Monthly plans: The seat cost and plan credits are prorated to the remaining days in the month.
- Yearly plans: The seat cost and plan credits are prorated to the remaining days in the year.
You will see this warning modal at checkout to confirm this change.

At your next billing renewal, you will be charged the full amount for all seats and add-ons automatically.
FAQs
Can I add a seat without adding credits?
No. Each seat includes its own plan credit allocation to the shared team credit pool. There is no option to add a seat without credits.
Who can add seats?
Only the team admin(s) or member roles with the "Billing Management" permission granted can add or remove seats to the team's workspace.
What happens if I remove a seat later?
Credits associated with that seat are lost immediately. You will see a warning before confirming.
Do add-on credits increase when I add seats?
No. Add-on credits are a shared pool and remain the same regardless of the number of seats.
Can I assign different plans to different seats?
No. All seats must be on the same plan. You cannot mix tiers across seats (e.g., having some users on Growth and others on Pro is not possible).

What happens if I decide to remove a seat later?
