How to Add Seats to Your Plan
Add team members to your Prospeo account by purchasing additional seats.
Requirements
- An active paid subscription (Starter, Growth or Pro plan)
- Team admin permissions
Steps
- Go to Your Subscription settings at https://app.prospeo.io/account/subscription
- Click "Add seats" at the bottom left of your settings (you will be redirected to the checkout page).

- Next to Users, click the "+" button to select the number of seats you want in total.

- Fill out and double check your order summary before clicking "Confirm Payment".

How Seat Credits Work
- Each seat receives its own plan credit allocation (e.g., 15,000 credits per seat on the Pro monthly plan).
- Purchased credit add-ons are not per seat — they are shared across the entire team.
- You cannot add a seat without adding credits. Each seat includes its own credit allocation.
Example: Pro monthly plan with 3 seats + a 50,000 credit add-on = 45,000 plan credits (15K × 3) + 50,000 shared add-on credits = 95,000 total credits per month. Each user (seat) gets 15K credits each, with a shared pool of 50K credits from the add-on, renews every month.
How Adding Seats Work Mid-Billing Cycle
- Monthly plans: The seat cost is prorated to the remaining days in the billing period. Plan credits for the new seat are also prorated.
- Yearly plans: The seat cost is prorated to the remaining days in the year. Plan credits for the new seat are also prorated.
When the billing reset happens, you will be charged for the full amount of the respective seats and add-ons automatically.
FAQs
Can I add a seat without adding credits?
No. Each seat includes its own plan credit allocation. There is no option to add a seat without credits.
Who can add seats?
Only the team admin or members with the "Billing Management" permission enabled can add or remove seats to the team's workspace.
What happens if I remove a seat later?
Credits associated with that seat are lost immediately. You will see a warning before confirming.
Do add-on credits increase when I add seats?
No. Add-on credits are a shared pool and remain the same regardless of the number of seats.
Can I assign different plans to different seats?
No. All seats on a team must be on the same plan. You cannot mix tiers across seats (e.g., some users on Growth and others on Pro).

How do I remove a seat from my plan?
To remove a seat from your plan to prevent being charged in the next billing cycle, please remove the team member from your team management settings, then head to the pricing page and update your plan accordingly.
