How to Connect Prospeo to Instantly

Connect your Instantly account to Prospeo to enable pushing leads directly from your dashboard.

Note: This integration is linked to your account only. It is not shared across the team.

Requirements

  • A Prospeo account on the Starter, Growth, or Pro plan.
  • An Instantly account with API access.

Step 1: Create an API Key in Instantly

  1. On your Instantly dashboard, click your profile icon at the bottom-left of the sidebar, then click Settings.
  2. Go to the Integrations tab, then click API Keys.
  3. Click Create API Key.

  1. Enter a name for your API key and set the scopes to all:all, then click Create.

Note: The all:all scope grants the key full access to all API endpoints, which is required for the integration to work. For security reasons, scopes cannot be changed after the key is created.
  1. Copy your key and store it somewhere safe (and never share it with anyone) — Instantly will not show it again.

Step 2: Connect in Prospeo

  1. Go to the Prospeo Integrations page.
  2. Find Instantly in the list and click Connect.

  1. In the "Connect to Instantly" dialog box, paste your Instantly API key, then click Connect.

  1. Once connected, Instantly will show a Connected tag. You can click View beside it at any time to review your integration activity.

  • Integration & Error Logs — a record of integration activity, including when the connection was made and any errors encountered.
  • Push Integration History — a history of the leads you've pushed to Instantly.

Do all team members need to connect Instantly individually?

Yes. The Instantly integration is linked to your account only. Each team member must connect their own Instantly API key to push leads.

How do I disconnect Instantly?

Go to Integrations, find Instantly, and click Disconnect.


I lost my Instantly API key. What do I do?

Generate a new key in Instantly under Settings → Integrations → API Keys → Create API Key. Then disconnect and reconnect the integration in Prospeo using the new key.


I'm getting an error when trying to connect Instantly to Prospeo. What should I do?

Make sure you are logged into a valid Instantly account that has API access, and that your API key was created with the all:all scope. If you're still experiencing issues, try creating a new API key and clearing your browser cache before reconnecting. If the issue persists, contact Prospeo support.
