How to Integrate Prospeo to Zoho

How to Connect Prospeo to Zoho

Connect your Zoho CRM account to Prospeo to push leads, sync contacts, and enrich your CRM data directly from the Prospeo dashboard or Browser Extension.
The Zoho integration is shared across your team. Once connected, all team members can push leads to Zoho.

Requirements

  • A Prospeo account on the Growth or Pro plan.
  • A Zoho CRM account with permission to connect third-party apps.

Steps To Connect Zoho

Make sure you're logged in to your Zoho CRM account before you start.

  1. Go to Prospeo, then select Integration on the left sidebar.
  2. Find and select Zoho, then click Connect.

  1. You'll be redirected to the Zoho permissions page. Click Accept to authorize the connection.

  1. Once connected, you'll see a "Connection was successful" message and Zoho will show a Connected tag.

What You Can Do After Connecting

  • Push leads from People Search, lists, or CSV enrichment directly into Zoho as leads or contacts.
  • Push companies to Zoho as accounts.
  • Enrich CRM data on demand or automatically. Prospeo fills in verified emails, mobile numbers, job titles, company info, and more on your existing Zoho records.
  • Assign owners when pushing leads so each record lands with the right rep.
  • Control duplicates by choosing whether to overwrite existing records or only fill in missing fields from your integration settings.
  • Push from the Browser Extension — send leads to Zoho while browsing a company website or social profile.

For step-by-step instructions on exporting records, see How to Push Leads to Zoho and How to Push Companies to Zoho.

Zoho Integration Settings

Click View beside Zoho on the Integrations page to access your integration settings. Here's what each tab does:

  1. Settings — control how leads and companies are pushed to Zoho. You can choose your Zoho record type (Leads or Contacts), decide what happens when pushing a record that already exists (overwrite existing fields, or fill in only what's missing), and choose whether to allow pushing contacts without an email.

  1. Field Mapping (People) — map Prospeo's person data fields to the matching fields in your Zoho CRM, so enriched data lands exactly where you want it.

  1. Field Mapping (Company) — the same mapping control for company data fields.

  1. Ownership — assign a Zoho record owner for each team member, so pushed records land with the right rep.

  1. Integration & Error Logs — a record of integration activity, including when the connection was made and any errors encountered.

  1. Push Integration History — a history of the records you've pushed to Zoho, including record counts and status.

Notes

  • The Zoho integration is not available on the Free or Starter plans. Upgrade to Growth or Pro to access it.
  • The connection is shared across all team members. Only one team member needs to complete the setup.
  • You can view connection logs and push history at any time from the Integrations page.
