Pushing Companies (Accounts) to Salesforce
How to Push Accounts (Companies) to Salesforce
Push accounts directly from Prospeo's Companies Search into your Salesforce CRM. Accounts are pushed with up to 10 data points including company name, website, city, country, phone, description, headcount, address and revenue.
Requirements
- A Prospeo account on the Growth or Pro plan.
- Salesforce account connected to Prospeo. See How to Connect Prospeo to Salesforce.
Push Accounts from Companies Search
- Go to Search → Companies at https://app.prospeo.io/search/companies
- Apply your company filters and find the accounts you want to push.
- Select the accounts by checking the box next to each record. To select all results on the page, check the box at the top of the list.

- Click the dropdown arrow next to "Push to..." and choose Salesforce.

- In the export dialog, review the credit cost before clicking Export companies. (1 exported company = 1 credit)

Note: You can click 'Select the owner' to assign those selected companies to another team member if you wish before exporting.
- Your push will now start and you will see a progress bar with an estimated time it will take to complete.

- Once it shows Companies pushed to Salesforce successfully, your accounts are now in Salesforce.

Verify in Salesforce
- Open your Salesforce dashboard.
- Click on Accounts in the menu panel.
- Your pushed companies will appear in the Recent Viewed accounts list.

Credit Usage
- Pushing companies to Salesforce costs 1 credit per company successfully pushed.
- Previously pushed companies are free to push again for the lifetime of your account (you won't be charged twice for pushing the same company).
- No credits are charged for companies that failed to push.
Notes
- You can also push accounts to Salesforce using the Browser extension and from Prospeo company lists.
- Push history and logs are available at app.prospeo.io/integration under the Push History tab.
- To control how duplicates and overwrites are handled, configure your settings on the Integrations page.
