Pushing Companies (Accounts) to Zoho
How to Push Companies (Accounts) to Zoho
Push companies directly from Prospeo's Companies Search into your Zoho CRM. Companies are created as Accounts in Zoho.
Requirements
- A Prospeo account on the Growth or Pro plan.
- Zoho connected to Prospeo. See How to Connect Prospeo to Zoho.
Push Companies from Companies Search
- In Prospeo, search for the companies you want to push, whether from Companies Search at app.prospeo.io/search/companies or from a saved Prospeo companies list.
- Select your companies by checking the box next to each record. To select all results on the page, check the box at the top of the list.
- Click Push to Zoho. If Zoho isn't shown, look for it in the Push to dropdown menu.

- In the Push to Zoho dialog, review the credit cost, then click Export companies.

- A progress bar will appear. Once it shows "Push to Zoho completed", your companies are now in Zoho.

Verify in Zoho CRM
- To verify and view your companies, go to your Zoho CRM dashboard and click Accounts.
- Your pushed companies will appear here, along with their phone number, website, and account owner.

From here, you can link contacts to each account, create deals against them, add them to a workflow, or reassign account owners.
Zoho Integration Settings for Companies
You can control how your companies are pushed to Zoho at any time. Go to app.prospeo.io/integration?name=zoho and click View beside Zoho.
- Under the Settings tab, find Pushing Settings. The setting that affects companies is "What should happen when pushing a company that already exists in Zoho?" You can choose to always attempt to merge or overwrite the existing record, or ignore the push and leave the existing record untouched.

- Under Field Mapping, open the Company Mapping tab to map Prospeo's company fields to the matching fields in your Zoho CRM. For example, company name maps to Account Name, and employee count maps to Employees. You can adjust any of these so your data lands exactly where you want it.

- Under Ownership, assign a Zoho owner for each team member. When you or your teammates push companies, the records are automatically assigned to the matching owner. Click Save Ownership to apply your changes.

Credit Usage
- Pushing companies to Zoho costs 1 credit per company successfully pushed.
- Previously pushed companies are free to push again within 90 days. After that, they're treated as a new request and credits will be charged accordingly.
- No credits are charged for companies that failed to push.
Notes
- You can also push companies to Zoho using the Browser Extension and from Prospeo companies lists.
- Push history and logs are available at app.prospeo.io/integration?name=zoho under the Push Integration History tab.
- The Zoho integration is shared across your team. Once connected, all team members can push companies to Zoho.
FAQs
Why are my companies called "Accounts" in Zoho?
Accounts is Zoho CRM's term for company records. When you push companies from Prospeo, they're created as Accounts in Zoho.
Can I choose who owns the companies I push?
Yes. Under the Ownership tab of your Zoho integration settings, you can assign a Zoho owner for each team member so pushed records land with the right rep automatically.
Will pushing overwrite my existing Zoho accounts?
Only if you choose to. Under the Settings tab, you can decide whether an existing company record is merged or overwritten, or whether the push is ignored entirely.
Do I get charged again if I push the same company twice?
Not if it's within 90 days. Pushing the same company in that window is free, and the export dialog will tell you how many of your selected companies qualify.
Can a team member push companies to Zoho as well?
Yes. The Zoho integration is shared across the team, so once it's connected, all team members can push companies without connecting separately.
Why are some of my companies not showing up in Zoho?
Companies may be skipped due to duplicates already in Zoho or a failed push. Go to app.prospeo.io/integration?name=zoho for the full Integration & Error Logs with the error reason for each skipped or failed push. If you encounter any further issues, please contact Prospeo Support.
